Your data just got a report card

Every HouseCallBro report is only as honest as what's in HousecallPro. Data Health grades all 19 of them A–F, shows you the exact records that are missing something, and names the screen where you fix it.

Ever pulled a profit report and thought “that can’t be right”?

It probably wasn’t. Not because the numbers were wrong — because half the jobs were missing the one field the report needed, and nothing told you.

That’s what Data Health fixes. It grades all 19 of your reports A–F on how complete the underlying HousecallPro data actually is, then shows you the specific records that are missing something and the exact screen where you fix them.

It grades your data, not your work

This is the part worth saying plainly: a low letter does not mean you had a bad month. It means a report can’t tell you the truth yet.

Your revenue was what it was. But if two thirds of your jobs have no job type on them, “revenue by service” is guessing — and until now, it guessed silently. The grade is the software admitting what it doesn’t know.

See it, pull it, fix it

See the grade. Every report graded worst-first. Each check shows exactly how much it moves the letter — 4/7 of this grade — so the score is never a black box you’re asked to trust. If Profit Analysis is a D, you can see precisely which check dragged it there.

Pull the records. “104 jobs missing job type” stops being a number and becomes the actual 104 jobs, each one deep-linked straight into HousecallPro. On Pro, export the whole list to CSV and work it offline.

Fix it at the source. Every check names the screen — not “improve your data quality” but Settings → Price List → Edit Item → Cost, so whoever does the fixing doesn’t have to hunt for it.

The one fix that’s worth your afternoon

You can also email the card to yourself. It carries your overall grade, the three reports that need attention first, and a single recommended fix.

That recommendation isn’t the field with the most blanks. It’s the field holding down the most reports at once. Job tags might be missing on fewer records than customer ZIP codes, but if tags feed three of your reports and ZIP feeds one, tags are where an afternoon of cleanup buys the most back. The card works that out for you and says so.

It’s already there

Nothing to install, nothing to switch on. Data Health reads the HousecallPro data you’ve already synced, and it’s under Reports in your account right now.

Most shops are surprised by at least one grade.
